Air Conditioning

A/C Refrigerant : Residential Air Conditioning refrigerants have changed over the years. For the most part, there are two refrigerants still widely used-R22 & R410a. The older R22 is still available, although more expensive, and will be for years to come. If a company tells you that you will have to replace your R22 system due to refrigerant, Call Me! I do have it.

Evaporator Coil Condensate Drain: Many of the installed condensate drains out there do not have a clean-out access port and many don't even have the P-trap installed to prevent air and gas from the drain being pulled into your circulated air. A new drain will be installed with these components for an additional $79.

Average Repair Charges Additional: A/C Hard-Start Kits, Dual Run Capacitors (370 & 440 V), 24 vac Contactors $110 each component.

Note: R22 and R410a refrigerant are sold by the pound with 1 lb minimum.

R22 = $75/lb    R410a = $45/lb    (R22 price varies like a commodity)

We no longer perform Furnace Cleanings and/or Certifications due to our small company size and very high demand....
